This is a one hour class taught by Ragini Madan.

Grounded in Hatha Yoga and inspired by the Sivananda tradition — a balanced practice of postures, breath, relaxation, and meditation to restore body and mind.

These classes are rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga, drawing on the Sivananda tradition — a holistic style that weaves together movement, breathwork, relaxation, and meditation. The practice honours ancient wisdom while being adapted for the realities of modern life — helping you build strength, ease stress, and find balance. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to the mat, the sessions are steady, accessible, and deeply restorative.

Most yoga classes are suitable for both men and women of all ages and abilities. Yoga is non-competitive and postures can be modified to enable each student to work in a way appropriate to their individual needs.
