About This Class:

Break away from the busyness of life, feel brighter and lighter ahead of the weekend!

This class integrates stretching, lengthening and mindful movement through a variety of postures (seated, standing, and supine poses) and relaxation. 

A traditional Hatha yoga class, focus is also placed on alignment and breath awareness, leading to a sense of inner calm.
