About This Class:

This Iyengar influenced method of yoga focuses on alignment of the body in various postures.

The aim is to improve flexibility, strength and enhance well-being. This style makes use of props to enhance its postures, these may be bricks, wedges, pads, blankets or ropes.

The emphasis is on achieving an awareness of one's own flexibility and work safely to improve upon it.
